Notifications will be sent when the following activity occurs. They are sent by email, text or both based on the notification settings chosen in the Volunteer’s & Organization Admin’s profile. They can also be seen in your Dashboard.
Volunteer receives any message sent from an Organization - Email & Text
Volunteer receives any “New Announcement” posted by Organization for Opportunity they are signed up for - Email & Text
Volunteer is notified of new Opportunities posted by “favorited” Organizations - Email
Volunteer receives confirmation upon signing up for Opportunity - Email
Volunteer receives confirmation once their “Pending” status needing approval has been approved or declined - Email & Text
Volunteer receives confirmation when they cancel their participation for an Opportunity - Email
Organization receives any message sent from a Volunteer - Email
Organization receives notification when Volunteer signs up for Opportunity - Email
Organization receives notification when Volunteer signs up for Opportunity that requires Approval - Email
